Survey about Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia

Link

On behalf of Prof. Michael O’Reilly

The Society for Endocrinology has initiated a steering group to establish the current CAH service provision in the UK and Ireland. A study was undertaken 20 years ago to research clinical practice in congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH), which demonstrated a suboptimal health status in adults with CAH. As a consequence, many clinical centres changed their approach to patients with CAH. Anecdotal evidence suggests that a number of different approaches to various aspects of care in CAH exist. To explore this further, we would be grateful if you could complete and also disseminate this survey. This will allow us to gain broad overview on the approach to CAH patients and clinical service provision. The survey takes 10 minutes to complete. The survey results will also inform a future prospective study.
