Met Éireann currently has a Status Red Wind Warning in place for Dublin for Friday 24 January. A Status Red alert is the forecaster’s highest-level warning which has the potential to endanger human life, cause damage to exposed and vulnerable structures, disrupt services and transport, lead to significant power outages and cause fallen trees/branches. People in the areas affected by red warnings should stay indoors, avoid unnecessary travel and take action to protect themselves and their properties.
For this reason No 6 Kildare Street RCPI will be closed on January 24th 2025, therefore we have to cancel the Irish Endocrine Society Annual Study Day 2025.
We aim to reschedule this in-person event and we will be touch with further information as soon as we can.
For those who have paid for this event we will begin to issue refunds today and you should see this back in your account in the coming few days.
