It is with great sadness we announce the death of Prof. TJ McKenna 3rd May 2024  He was a founding member of the Irish Endocrine Society and a past president of the Irish Endocrine Society. Joe remained an active member and a regular contributor and attender at the meetings. He was also a past president of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He will be sadly missed by the members of the Irish Endocrine Society. On behalf the membership of the Irish Endocrine Society, we would like to extend our sincerest condolences to Prof. McKenna’s family, friends and colleagues.
